The short version:LarpVault is a parody / novelty entertainment app. It is not a real crypto wallet, it holds no real assets, and all balances are simulated. The only real transaction is buying an access key — and all sales are final / no refunds (see Section 8). Nothing here is financial advice, and we are not affiliated with Phantom or any wallet, exchange, or token.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and LarpVault(“LarpVault,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), covering this website, the LarpVault application at app.larpvault.xyz, and any access keys you purchase (together, the “Service”).

By accessing the Service, purchasing a key, or using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Privacy section below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What LarpVault is (and is not)

LarpVault is a parody, novelty, and entertainment product. It is a simulated, pixel-faithful re-creation of a crypto-wallet interface, built for screenshots, content, jokes, and fun.

  • It is not a real cryptocurrency wallet and does not hold, store, send, receive, custody, secure, or transact any real digital assets, funds, or cryptocurrency of any kind.
  • All balances, holdings, portfolios, transactions, gains, and losses displayed in the app are fake and simulated. They have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, redeemed, or converted into anything of value.
  • Market prices shown may be sourced from third-party data and are for novelty display only. They may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable, and must not be relied on for any purpose.
  • There are no real private keys, seed phrases, blockchains, or on-chain accounts inside the app. Any “seed phrase” or “recovery” flow is part of the simulation.

3. Not financial, investment, or professional advice

Nothing on this site or in the app is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any asset or security. The Service creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Do not make real financial decisions based on anything shown by the Service.

4. No affiliation, trademarks & intellectual property

LarpVault is an independent parody. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Phantom Technologies Inc., Solana, CoinGecko, any token issuer, exchange, wallet provider, or any other third party.

All third-party product names, logos, trademarks, and brands referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used only nominatively or for purposes of commentary, criticism, and parody. Use of such names does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Except for those third-party marks, the LarpVault name, logo, site, app, design, text, graphics, and underlying code are owned by LarpVault or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights are reserved. Your purchase grants the limited licence described in Section 9 and transfers no ownership or intellectual-property rights to you.

Rights holders & takedowns: if you believe content on the Service infringes your trademark or copyright, email larpvaultxyz@gmail.com with a description of the work, the allegedly infringing URL, your contact details, and a statement of your good-faith belief and authority to act. We review valid notices and respond as appropriate, including removing or disabling content where warranted.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You may not use the Service if doing so is prohibited where you live or if you are barred from receiving it under applicable law, including sanctions and export-control laws. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

6. What you are purchasing

A purchase buys a single access key— a digital code that unlocks the LarpVault novelty app for the plan you selected (e.g. weekly, monthly, or lifetime). The key is a digital good and an entertainment license; it is not an asset, security, token, or investment, and it confers no ownership, equity, or financial right.

Your key is delivered on-screen immediately after your payment is confirmed on-chain, and remains viewable at your unique payment URL. Timed plans begin when you first enter the key in the app. It is your responsibility to save your key; treat it like a password.

7. Payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are payable in cryptocurrency (USDC, USDT, or SOL) on the Solana network via a self-directed wallet transfer. We do not take custody of your funds; you send payment directly on-chain to the address shown at checkout.

  • You are responsible for sending the correct amount, in the correct asset, on the correct network, including any network fees, before the quote expires.
  • Pay from a self-custody wallet app, not from a centralized exchange withdrawal — exchanges may strip the reference tag we use to match your payment, which can delay or prevent key delivery.
  • Crypto prices are volatile; quoted crypto amounts are valid only for a limited window. Underpayments, overpayments, wrong-asset, wrong-network, or unconfirmed transactions may not be honored and may not be recoverable.
  • Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. We cannot reverse, cancel, or modify a transaction once broadcast.

8. Refund policy — all sales are final

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because each purchase immediately delivers a digital access key, and because cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by design, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or chargebacks, except where a refund is strictly required by applicable law.

By purchasing, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital key and acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal or “cooling-off” cancellation once delivery begins, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If your payment confirmed on-chain but your key did not appear, this is a delivery issue, not a refund request — email larpvaultxyz@gmail.com with your payment ID and transaction hash and we will work to deliver your key.

9. Licence and restrictions

Subject to these Terms and your payment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

  • resell, sublicense, share, or transfer your key;
  • copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works of the Service, except as permitted by law;
  • circumvent payment, rate-limiting, or access controls; or
  • use bots or automated means to abuse the checkout or key system.

10. Acceptable use — no fraud or deception

LarpVault is for parody and entertainment. You agree not to use the Service, its screenshots, or its simulated data to deceive, defraud, scam, impersonate, manipulate, or mislead anyone into believing the balances or holdings are real, or to induce anyone to transact, invest, or part with money or assets.

You are solely responsible for how you use or share content generated with the Service, and you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates the rights of others. We disclaim all liability for your misuse.

11. Privacy and data

LarpVault is built to be privacy-light. We do not require an account, name, or email to use the app. In connection with purchases and operating the Service we process a limited amount of data, which may include:

  • payment records (plan, amount, a unique reference, on-chain transaction hash, payment status, and the issued key);
  • limited technical data such as IP address and request metadata, used to provide the Service, prevent abuse, and rate-limit checkout; and
  • any information you voluntarily send us, e.g. by email to support.

We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers (for hosting, the database, and blockchain/price data) who process data on our behalf. We retain records only as long as needed for the Service, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. The app itself stores your key and simulated wallet data on your own device. 12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any data (including market prices) will be accurate, timely, or available. Your use is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LarpVault and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or assets, arising from or related to the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the key giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LarpVault and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

15. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may suspend or revoke a key or access if we reasonably believe these Terms or the law have been violated, or to prevent abuse or fraud, without obligation to refund. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and your continued use after changes means you accept them.

16. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as the Solana network, wallet applications, price-data providers, and our hosting and database providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, networks, outages, or fees. Your use of third-party wallets and networks is subject to their own terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in the United States, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
